By installing or using Qoum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Qoum is a free Fajr-prayer alarm and accountability app. It is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. The Fajr time is calculated locally using established astronomical methods. We do our best to make the alarm reliable, but you remain responsible for waking up.
If you enable the Guardian feature, you alone are responsible for choosing the contact number, informing that person, and using it ethically. Qoum is not liable for any inconvenience caused to the guardian.
Qoum is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no premium tier. If this changes in the future, you will be notified through an app update.
The Qoum name, logo and original UI design are the property of the publisher. Adhans, sound effects and fonts used by the app are licensed under their respective terms (Inter and Amiri under the SIL Open Font License).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Qoum, including (but not limited to) missing a prayer, missing an appointment, or any other event linked to the alarm. Always keep a backup alarm system if Fajr is critical for you.
You can stop using Qoum at any time by uninstalling it. The publisher may discontinue the service or its server-side counters at any time, with reasonable prior notice when possible.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country says otherwise.
